Our mobile chip repair service is dispatched to various locations across Gauteng. We maintain a well-organised schedule to optimise our route and ensure timely arrival at each appointment. This involves preparing the service vehicle with necessary tools and supplies, ensuring we are fully equipped to handle any repair situation.

Repair Process:

Upon arrival at the customer’s location, we assess the damage and begin the repair process. This includes cleaning the affected area, applying the appropriate colour match, and using specialised techniques to seamlessly blend the repair with the existing paint. We prioritise efficiency and quality to minimise the downtime for our customers.

Quality Control:

After completing a repair, we conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the work meets our high standards. This involves inspecting the finish, colour match, and overall appearance. We also encourage customer feedback at this stage to address any concerns immediately.

Follow-Up Services:

We believe in building long-term relationships with our customers. Therefore, we schedule follow-up calls or visits to ensure satisfaction with the repair work and to offer additional services, such as custom colour matching or aesthetic enhancement, if needed.
